Any product that is returned as faulty must be first notified to Woodeco and a return number issued. On receipt of the faulty item, an identical replacement if availablewill be sent provided that the product is confirmed as faulty by Woodeco. Only if the product is confirmed as faulty will we pay carriage to and from our premises and we will not be liable for carriage charges in excess of the amounts agreed. All items returned must be in original condition together with the original packaging. If a replacement is not available a full credit will be given.
Delivery of Solid Hardwood Worktops

Where can my order be delivered?

You can arrange to have your order delivered to any mainland England address that you want - your home, your work place, to a neighbour - just let us know when ordering - Delivery will be to Kerbside so it will be necessary for assistance to be on hand to help the driver unload into your property. When ordering you will be charged VAT which is included in the price.

Worktops must be inspected prior to cutting/fitting as after this point they are deemed fit for purpose.
